Real letters, not note cards
Physical mail, wired into your workflow.
Automate physical mail. Scale human connections.
LetterCircuit is software for real, personalized, handwritten-style direct mail — built to scale the way software scales, not the way a robot fleet or a factory scales.
Internal beta — open enrollment coming soon.
“Scaling gratitude, not faking handwriting.”
What LetterCircuit does differently
Four things every other piece of copy on this site traces back to.
Self-serve custom handwriting
The industry charges roughly $1,500–2,000 and about two weeks, with a human designer in the loop, for a custom handwriting font. On LetterCircuit, uploading your own handwriting and sending with it is self-serve — minutes, not weeks, included, not upsold.
Believable imperfection, done honestly
Every character is rendered with seeded variance in pressure, spacing, and angle — the same "reads as human" signal robotic-pen vendors spend six figures on hardware to fake. We get there with a font, a seed value, and a rendering engine, and we say so plainly.
Software economics, not factory economics
No robot fleet, no hardware capex, no per-unit physical machine standing between a ten-letter test and a ten-thousand-letter campaign. Growth here means more server headroom, not more robots to maintain.
A human approval step before anything mails
Review what goes out before it goes out. Useful for any team, essential for a compliance-sensitive vertical like real estate.
Drip direct mail — in development
Real per-contact drip sequences, with pause controls, native to the platform — not a Zapier chain bolted on top. Not yet shipped; we'll say so here the day it is.
Numbers with methodology, not numbers with none
Search "handwritten direct mail" and you'll find the same claims everywhere — 99% open rates, huge response lifts — none of it published with a sample size, a control group, or a methodology note. We're not going to do that. Once real send volume is flowing through our own platform, we'll publish our actual numbers, methodology attached. Good or not as good as the headline claims out there.
Built by a founder who reads the mail he sends
LetterCircuit is founded by Chris Hudson, built for teams — starting with real estate, and expanding from there — who want outreach that reads as genuinely human, at a scale that spreadsheets and one-off print runs can't reach.
